How it plays
Field manual // Three ways to play
Mysteries to play at home tonight, party games for one room full of phones, and town hunts coming in 2027. All of it runs in your phone's web browser.
At home
Voiced cases on your phone, from the couch. Play alone with headphones in, or gather round one phone and argue it out.
Tap Play on a case file. It runs in your phone's web browser: no app, no download, nothing to print.
A narrator rings you and stays on the line. The clues come to you on screen: a log to read, a signal to tune, a code to crack.
Crack the last clue to finish. A hint costs you time, never money, and your progress saves as you go.
Stay on the Line (15+) is free from start to finish. The at-home cases are A$5 at launch until 31 March 2027, then A$8.
Party games
Up to 20 players, no app and no TV. The talking, bluffing and accusing happens out loud, face to face.
Sign in, pick a game and the pack, and the party gets its own code.
Phone cameras open the link. Pick a nickname: no account, no app.
Every phone shows that player its own secret, then the reveal lands on every screen at once.
Murder in the Dark and Snooze Bandit are free to play tonight, and two more free games are on the way. Party Pack 01 adds ten more for the host, and everyone they invite plays free.
Coming 2027
Puzzle hunts in real Sunshine Coast streets: a short story told in places you can walk to, a puzzle at every stop, and a clock that only runs while you solve. None is open yet. Open a town's case file to get an email the day it opens.
How a town hunt will play
Each game is a short story told in places you can walk to. The clock tracks how fast you solve, and every hint you take adds time to it.
Choose solo or team and give yourselves a name for the scoreboard.
The case opens with a short intro, and the clock starts.
Walk to the spot and check in. Your phone confirms you are there.
Codes, riddles and details you can only spot on site. Hints are there if you are stuck.
The last answer gives you your time, your rank and a card to show off.
Ways to hunt, coming 2027
A quick town game with friends, a slow history walk with the grandparents, or a coast-wide hunt that takes weeks. All four are coming in 2027.
A themed puzzle hunt in one town, built around a handful of stops.
A guided walk through local history with audio narration, at your own pace.
A coast-wide game played over days or weeks, with your progress saved between outings.
Seasonal versions of the town routes for Halloween, Christmas and the school holidays.
Coast Passport, coming 2027
Finish a town and its stamp lands in your Coast Passport. Collect every stamp and a secret finale game unlocks, one that only passport holders ever get to play.
