How it works
- 1

- 2
You get the code straight away, on screen with a card to print or save, and by email.
- 3
They redeem it on their free player account, and the amount becomes their balance.
- 4
The balance pays for games: an at-home case is A$5 at launch until 31 March 2027, then A$8; a town hunt will be $10 from 2027.

Questions
Does a gift card expire?
No. A gift card and the balance it adds never expire.
What can it be spent on?
Any paid game on The Hunt Is On. The trails, the pocket cases and Chapter 1 of every mystery are free anyway.
What if a game costs less than the card?
The rest stays on the account as balance for the next game.
Do I need an account to buy one?
No. Whoever redeems it signs in or makes a free account, and the amount goes onto that account.
What if the code is lost?
Anyone with the code can redeem it, so keep it safe. If it has not been redeemed, send us the receipt through the contact form and we can replace it.
Can I get a refund?
Gift cards are not refundable for a change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
