Testers
Become a tester
Play our new games before anyone else, free for 60 days, and tell us what works and what breaks. Scott reads every application.
Play it first
Every game we are testing opens free for 60 days: at-home cases, party games, and town hunts as they come.
Tell us straight
Hit Send feedback in any game. Say where you were and what happened. Short is fine; honest is better.
Picked by hand
Scott reads every application himself. Spots are limited, and a full list means a waiting list, not a no.
Application in
While you wait: Stay on the Line is free to play tonight, and so is Murder in the Dark.
Questions about testing
What does a tester do?
Play at least one game while it is still being made, then tell us what happened: where you got stuck, what made you laugh, what broke. Use the Send feedback button in the game, or the box on your tester games page.
What do I get?
Sixty days of free access to every game we are testing: the at-home cases, the party games, and the town hunts as they come. Your player account and scores stay yours after that.
Who picks the testers?
Scott reads every application himself. Nobody is approved automatically, and nobody else sees what you send.
What if the spots are full?
You can still apply. You go on the waiting list, and Scott picks people from it by hand when a spot opens.
Do I need to live on the Sunshine Coast?
No. The at-home cases and party games play anywhere. Your suburb or town helps us test the town hunts in the right places later.
